'14 Challenge' for Motor Neurone Disease
Inspired by Kevin Sinfield’s ‘7 in 7 challenge’ and England Does The Daily Mile, we are aiming to raise £1,400 for Motor Neurone Disease. Linked to the 5 areas of wellbeing, choose a daily challenge to complete each day for 14 days between the 30th April and 14th May. This could be as simple as taking part in the daily mile at school or choosing another challenge linked to the number 14, for example completing 14 press ups each day.
Our Aim:
Between the 30th April and 14th May, our community take part in a daily challenge at school and / or at home to raise at least £1400 for Motor Neurone Disease. Individuals choose a challenge that could lead to a positive change in the longer term to help them to be more active each day.
